Instructions
Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
Add the sliced ginger to the hot tea and let it sit for 10 minutes, then strain out the ginger.
Blend 2 peaches until smooth, then strain to remove pulp.
Mix peach juice, tea, lemon juice, and sweetener in a pitcher.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with peach slices, lemon slices, and mint or rosemary. Optional: add coconut water or tonic water for fizz.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for more sweetness, or swap in frozen if out of season. Try black tea for a stronger flavor, or green tea for something lighter. Coconut water adds hydration; tonic water brings fizz. Adjust sweetener to taste!
