  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Tall serving glasses
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice chilled
  • 1/2 cup peach puree store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale or sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • ice cubes for serving
  • orange slices, peach slices, cranberries for garnish
  • cinnamon stick optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • In a shaker or jar, combine cranberry juice, peach puree, orange juice, honey or sugar, cinnamon, and fresh ginger. Shake or stir until sweetener dissolves.
  • Strain the mix into glasses if desired.
  • Top each glass with ginger ale or sparkling water and give a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with orange slices, peach slices, cranberries, or a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ginger ale adds sweetness, sparkling water keeps it lighter. Use homemade peach puree for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste. Add a cinnamon stick for extra spice. Great for making by the pitcher for a crowd.
