A sweet Southern-inspired bourbon cocktail that channels peach cobbler flavors with peach syrup, lemon, and a touch of cinnamon—easy to shake and perfect over ice.
1ozpeach cobbler syrupor peach syrup + drop of vanilla extract
0.5ozfresh lemon juice
1dashground cinnamonor cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add bourbon, peach cobbler syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top or stir with a cinnamon stick. Garnish with a peach slice or lemon peel.
Optional variations: Top with sparkling water to lighten, or replace bourbon with peach nectar for a non-alcoholic version.
