A refreshing summer bourbon cocktail that muddles juicy peaches with bourbon, fresh lemon, and lemonade. Sweet, tart, and super sippable—great for patios and easy to batch.
(Optional) Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip in sugar; fill the glass with fresh ice.
Add peach slices to a shaker and muddle until juicy.
Add bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and simple or peach syrup. Add ice and shake about 15 seconds until very cold.
Fine‑strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Top with lemonade and give a gentle stir. Garnish with a peach slice or lemon wedge.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Make a quick peach syrup by simmering equal parts water and sugar with sliced peaches; strain and chill. For batching, pre‑mix bourbon, syrup, and lemon juice; add lemonade and ice right before serving.
