Instructions
Follow these steps to make your Peach Bellini Bliss Cocktail:
Put the chopped peaches, lemon juice, and sugar (if using) in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl.
Chill the peach puree for at least 30 minutes.
Pour about 2 tablespoons of peach puree into each champagne flute.
Slowly add chilled Prosecco to each glass, filling about 3/4 full.
