  • Large punch bowl or drink dispenser (2-gallon capacity)
  • Long-handled mixing spoon
  • Ice scoop
  • Clear plastic cups (16 oz)
  • Measuring cups
  • Jigger or shot glass
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Fine-mesh strainer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups blue curaçao liqueur
  • 2 cups coconut rum
  • 2 cups white cranberry juice
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill the punch bowl halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cranberry juice and coconut rum into the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
  • Add the white cranberry juice and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Pour in the blue curaçao slowly along the side of the bowl to create a layered effect.
  • Add the lemon-lime soda right before serving and stir once very gently.
  • Float fresh blueberries and cranberries on top.
  • Garnish each cup with a sprig of mint when serving.

Notes

The layers will mix slightly when serving. For best results, keep ingredients chilled before mixing.
Store any leftover punch without ice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the coconut rum with coconut water and the blue curaçao with blue sports drink.
This recipe serves approximately 15-20 guests.
