Ingredients

  • 2 cups light (white) rum
  • 1 cup coconut rum
  • 1 cup blue curaçao
  • 4 cups pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 cup cream of coconut or coconut cream, chilled
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • ice cubes for mixing and serving
  • pineapple wedges for garnish
  • maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add light rum, coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
  • Shake well for about 20 seconds until very cold.
  • Pour into a large pitcher or punch bowl filled with ice and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
  • Frozen option: blend all ingredients with ice until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes

Chill juices and cream of coconut before mixing to keep the batch cold. For a lighter version, add more pineapple juice and reduce rum. Keep the pitcher on ice and stir before each pour to maintain consistency.
