2ozfresh grapefruit juiceor grapefruit soda for a sweeter drink
0.5ozfresh lime juice
0.5ozsimple syrupadjust to taste
2.5ozsparkling water

Instructions
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it in salt.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker.
Shake lightly to mix and chill.
Strain into your prepared glass.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or slice.
Notes
