Instructions
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
Dip the rim into cucumber salt until coated all around.
Fill the glass with ice.
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake for about 10 seconds.
Strain into your prepared glass.
Top with sparkling water or grapefruit soda.
