Notes

Blanco tequila gives a crisp flavor; reposado adds a mellow, oaky note. Adjust sweetness to taste with simple syrup or agave. Skip the syrup and use sparkling water for a lighter version. A salted rim brightens all the citrus notes—perfect for hot days or pairing with spicy food.
