Add tequila, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.

Notes
Blanco tequila keeps things crisp. Adjust the elderflower liqueur for less sweetness. Pink grapefruit gives the best color, but white grapefruit works too. For a party, batch ahead and add soda before serving.
