  • 0.25 cup sparkling water or coconut water
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream, coconut milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • ice cubes
  • orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add orange juice, cream or milk, vanilla extract, and simple syrup.
  • Shake well for about 15–20 seconds until the mixture looks frothy.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Pour in orange soda or lemon-lime soda.
  • Top with sparkling water or coconut water for a lighter taste.
  • Stir gently with a spoon to combine.
  • Garnish with an orange slice before serving.

Notes

Use heavy cream for a richer creamsicle flavor, or opt for coconut or almond milk for lighter or dairy-free versions. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup or swap soda with sparkling water for a lighter mocktail. Chill glass beforehand for a longer-lasting cold drink.
