Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice fresh is best
  • 1 cup blood orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries optional, for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add whole cloves, orange and lemon slices, and mint to a large pitcher.
  • Pour in all juices and honey. Stir until honey dissolves.
  • Add ginger ale and gently mix.
  • Add ice cubes and fresh cranberries for garnish if desired.
  • Strain or use a slotted spoon to remove cloves and herbs if preferred. Pour into glasses, garnish, and serve chilled.

Notes

Use extra lemon juice for more tartness, or honey for sweetness. Remove cloves after an hour to avoid overpowering spice. Make ahead and chill, adding ice and ginger ale just before serving. Garnish with orange slices and mint for a festive touch.
