This sweet and citrusy non-alcoholic drink combines fresh orange juice with floral notes and fizzy soda water for a refreshing beverage perfect for warm days or special occasions.
2cupsfreshly squeezed orange juiceabout 4-5 large oranges
1/4cuphoney simple syrup
2tablespoonsorange blossom water
2cupscold soda water
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Orange slices for garnish

Instructions
Squeeze the oranges using a citrus juicer to collect 2 cups of fresh juice. Strain out any pulp.
Pour the orange juice into a large pitcher.
Add honey simple syrup and orange blossom water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the orange mixture into glasses, filling them halfway.
Top each glass with cold soda water.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and orange slices.
Serve right away while the drink is cold and fizzy.
Notes
Store any leftover orange juice mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days.
