This Orange Blossom Fizz Mocktail is all about being refreshing and light. I use fresh, simple ingredients and a couple of basic tools to whip up a citrusy, bubbly drink that’s honestly easy to make at home.
Cocktail shaker: I use this to mix everything and make sure the orange blossom flavor gets everywhere it should.
Measuring jigger or spoons: Getting the right balance really depends on measuring—otherwise, it can go sideways fast.
Citrus juicer: A handheld juicer helps me get every drop out of my oranges and lemons.
Fine mesh strainer: I don’t love pulp, so I pour the juice through this to catch seeds and bits.
Tall glass: Highball or Collins glasses are my go-to. More room for ice and fizz, and it just looks better.
Bar spoon: I use it for gentle stirring so the soda keeps its bubbles.
Ice: Always plenty of ice. It chills and dilutes the drink just enough.
Ingredients
2oz60 ml fresh orange juice – I always squeeze it myself. The flavor is just brighter, trust me.
0.5oz15 ml fresh lemon juice – Adds acidity and keeps the sweetness in check.
0.75oz22 ml honey syrup – I make this by stirring together equal parts honey and water until it’s smooth.
0.5tsporange blossom water – Just a little. Too much can be a bit muchhonestly.
3-4oz90-120 ml club soda – Goes in last for that fizz.
Ice cubes – Keeps things cold without watering it down too quickly.
Optional garnish: Sometimes I’ll toss in an orange wheellemon twist, or a few edible flowers if I want to get fancy.
Instructions
Add orange juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange blossom water to a shaker.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice, pop on the lid, and shake for about 10-15 seconds.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a tall glass with fresh ice.
Pour the club soda gently over the top.
Give it a gentle stir with a bar spoon so you don’t lose all that fizz.
Add a garnish if you’re feeling it—orange slice, edible flowers, whatever looks good.
Serve right away while it’s still cold and bubbly.
Notes
I always start with fresh, high-quality juice. Fresh squeezed citrus really does make a difference. If I’m in the mood for something sweeter, I just add a touch more honey syrup.Be careful with the orange blossom water. More than half a teaspoon and it can take over the whole drink. Club soda should go in right before serving, so the bubbles don’t disappear on you.No honey syrup? Simple syrup or agave work in a pinch. If I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll swap the club soda for sparkling mineral water. I usually tweak the ice and sweetness as I go, depending on my mood.
