  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Citrus juicer
  • Cocktail stirrer or long spoon
  • Tall glasses
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup orange blossom water
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Fresh orange slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 1-2 drops orange food coloring

Instructions

  • Pour the orange juice into a large pitcher.
  • Add orange blossom water and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.
  • Fill tall glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour the orange juice mixture into each glass, filling about 2/3 full.
  • Top each glass with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with fresh orange slices and mint leaves.
  • Serve right away while the drink is cold and bubbly.

Notes

This recipe makes 4 servings. The drink tastes best when served immediately to keep the bubbles fresh.
Store any leftover orange juice mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add sparkling water just before serving.
For a stronger orange color, add 1-2 drops of natural orange food coloring.
Replace honey with agave nectar for a vegan version.
