Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen ripe mango chunks
  • 2 oz vodka vanilla vodka optional
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice about 1 large lime
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4 –6 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Garnish: Mint sprig lime wedge, mango slice
  • Optional: Mango nectar swap for chunks for smoother texture

Instructions

  • Add mango chunks and mint leaves to the cocktail shaker.
  • Gently muddle until fragrant—don’t overdo it or the mint gets bitter.
  • Add vodka, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill with ice, seal, and shake well for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with mint, mango, or lime—your call.
  • Serve immediately while icy cold
