Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh, frozen, or canned—unsweetened
  • ½ cup plain yogurt Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of ground cardamom optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Garnish: mango slice lime wedge, or mint leaves

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, simple syrup, lime juice, and cardamom.
  • Blend until smooth. Scrape down sides if needed.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy and chilled.
  • (Optional) Shake the mix in a cocktail shaker with extra ice for added fluff.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if desired.
  • Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mango slices, lime wedges, or mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
