  • Pitcher or large mixing jug
  • Long stirring spoon

  • Citrus juicer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider unfiltered, if possible
  • 1/2 cup sparkling apple cider or club soda
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup optional
  • Crushed or cubed ice
  • Garnishes: pomegranate seeds mint leaves, blackberries, orange slices

Instructions

  • Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice and set aside.
  • In a pitcher, combine the apple cider, orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and lemon juice.
  • Add grenadine and simple syrup (if using). Stir to mix well.
  • Pour in ginger ale and sparkling apple cider (or club soda) and stir gently to keep the bubbles.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more syrup or tartness with lemon juice, if needed.
  • Strain the mocktail while pouring into glasses (optional for smoother texture).
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds, blackberries, mint leaves, and an orange slice.
  • Serve immediately while fizzy and fresh.
