Ingredients

watermelon
cubed and chilled
1
cup
honeydew melon
cubed and chilled
1
cup
cantaloupe
cubed and chilled

tablespoons
lime juice
freshly squeezed
2
tablespoons
honey or simple syrup
adjust to taste

cup
coconut water
1
cup
sparkling water
chilled
½
cup
ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves
plus more for garnish
Melon balls
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Chop your melons into cubes and set aside a handful of melon balls for garnish.
In a blender, add the watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, lime juice, honey/simple syrup, and ice.
Blend until smooth (about 1–2 minutes). Strain through a mesh sieve if you prefer a pulp-free texture.
Transfer the juice to a pitcher. Stir in the coconut water and most of the sparkling water.
Pour into glasses over ice and melon balls.
Top off each glass with remaining sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
