  • Ice cube tray
  • Serving glasses or cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 cup fruit punch optional
  • 1 can lychees in syrup drained
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: Sliced lemon or lime for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemonade, apple cider, and club soda.
  • Add the optional fruit punch for more color and flavor.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Drain the lychees and save the syrup (optional for added sweetness).
  • Insert one blueberry into the center of each lychee to create “eyeballs.”
  • Drop the lychee eyeballs into the punch.
  • Add ice cubes and garnish with sliced citrus, if using.
  • Serve cold in clear glasses, making sure each guest gets at least one eyeball.
