A cozy, caffeine-free pumpkin spice latte mocktail. This creamy fall drink features real pumpkin, coconut milk, warm spices, and a touch of sweetness—topped with whipped cream for the ultimate festive treat, no coffee or alcohol needed!
1/2teaspoonpumpkin pie spiceor cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
1tablespoonmaple syrupor honey
pinch cinnamon
pinch nutmeg

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, coconut milk, and cream until smooth.
Pour mixture into a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring often.
Add vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine and heat until warmed through (do not boil).
For extra smooth texture, strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Pour into a tall glass or mug. Top with whipped cream and extra pumpkin spice or cinnamon. For an iced version, pour over ice and add whipped cream.
Notes
Canned coconut milk gives a richer result than carton. Adjust maple syrup for sweetness. Use a hand frother or whisk hard for more froth. Easily scaled for a crowd and delicious both warm or iced.
