Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or shot glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer
  • Rocks (lowball) glass
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple (apple-flavored whisky)
  • 1.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream or other Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz apple cider optional, for a lighter style
  • 0.5 oz caramel syrup
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • apple slice optional, for garnish
  • caramel drizzle optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add Crown Apple, Baileys, optional apple cider, and caramel syrup.
  • Shake gently for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a thin apple slice or a light caramel drizzle, if desired.

Notes

Don’t over-shake—too much aeration can make the cream foamy. For a stronger drink, skip the cider; for a lighter one, add more cider and reduce Baileys. Adjust caramel syrup to taste. Pair with shortbread or apple slices.
