  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Strainer
  • Ice scoop
  • Serving glasses
  • Ladle
  • Small bowl for muddling
  • Cocktail shaker (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vodka
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup lemonade or lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup simple syrup, honey, or agave nectar to taste
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup blackberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen mixed berries for extra chill
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water to top
  • ice cubes for chilling and serving
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the fresh berries lightly in a small bowl to release juices.
  • In a punch bowl or large pitcher, combine vodka, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemonade.
  • Stir in the muddled berries and sweetener (simple syrup, honey, or agave) to taste.
  • Fill the bowl or pitcher halfway with ice, then pour the mixture over. Add frozen berries for extra chill.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water and give a gentle stir.
  • Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let flavors meld, if time allows.
  • Taste and adjust with more juice or syrup if desired. Garnish glasses with mint and lime slices to serve.

Notes

Chop fruit small so it floats nicely. To intensify berry flavor, soak berries in a little vodka for an hour before mixing. For a lighter punch, use less vodka and more sparkling water. Skip the vodka for a kid-friendly fruit punch.
