- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon about ½ medium watermelon
- 20-25 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice about 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda chilled
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Lime wheels for garnish
For a twist, you can add cucumber slices or replace some watermelon with strawberries.
