  • Long mixing spoon

  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup lime juice fresh is best
  • 0.5 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup white rum or coconut rum
  • 1 cup sparkling wine, ginger ale, or club soda for fizz
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • fresh mint sprigs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • orange slices for garnish
  • lime slices for garnish
  • ice for chilling
  • whole cloves optional, for spice

Instructions

  • Pour pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice into a punch bowl.
  • Stir in simple syrup. Add rum.
  • Add sparkling wine, ginger ale, or club soda for fizz. Top with sparkling water.
  • Add pineapple chunks, orange slices, lime slices, and a handful of mint sprigs. Stir gently.
  • Chill with ice or frozen pineapple before serving. Garnish as desired.

Notes

Frozen pineapple helps keep the punch cold without watering it down. Add more or less syrup to taste. Coconut rum gives a tropical twist, while white rum keeps it classic. Optional cloves add subtle spice.
