Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz simple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • ice cubes
  • mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Drop the mint leaves into your shaker and muddle gently.
  • Add white rum, lime juice, coconut water, and simple syrup (or honey).
  • Add ice cubes and shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a tall glass packed with fresh ice.
  • Top with a mint sprig and lime wheel if desired.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness based on your coconut water and taste. For a lighter version, use less rum and more coconut water. Can be made non-alcoholic by skipping the rum.
