Equipment

  • Champagne flutes
  • Measuring jug
  • Spoon: For stirring.
  • Ice bucket (optional)
  • Citrus juicer (if using fresh fruit)

Ingredients

For one Mimosa Delight cocktail:

  • 3 oz chilled champagne or prosecco
  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
  • Orange slice for garnish

Use cold ingredients for the best results. Fresh-squeezed orange juice adds extra flavor, but store-bought works too.

Instructions

  • Fill a champagne flute halfway with chilled champagne or prosecco.
  • Add orange juice and pineapple juice to the glass.
  • Slowly pour in the grenadine. It will sink to the bottom, creating a nice color gradient.
  • Stir gently to mix the juices without losing too much fizz.
  • Garnish with an orange slice on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve right away while the drink is cold and bubbly.

This method keeps the drink fizzy and allows the flavors to blend nicely.

    Notes

For a stronger drink, use more champagne and less juice.
Try different fruit juices like grapefruit or mango for variety.
Make a big batch for parties by mixing the juices ahead of time and adding champagne just before serving.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace champagne with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
