Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • 1 oz spiced rum Malibu for coconut, or any spiced rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • Splash of cream optional
  • Ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • Pineapple wedge or orange slice garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add Midori, spiced rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  • Shake for about 15 seconds until cold.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • If using cream, add a splash and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or orange slice.

Notes

For best results, serve extra cold and use fresh juices. Skip the cream for a lighter cocktail, or add it for extra smoothness. A splash of grenadine adds color and sweetness if desired.
