Ingredients

  • 2 oz Midori (melon liqueur)
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 oz simple syrup optional
  • 2 oz lemon-lime soda or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge or slice garnish
  • Maraschino cherry optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add Midori, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds until cold.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with more fresh ice.
  • Top with lemon-lime soda or club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry if desired.

Notes

Add soda last for the best fizz. Skip the simple syrup if your pineapple juice is already sweet. Serve over plenty of ice for extra refreshment.
