  • Cocktail shaker
  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice scoop
  • Strainer

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Midori liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice fresh
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 dash bitters
  • 4 oz ginger beer cold
  • Ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherries garnish
  • Mint leaves garnish

Instructions

  • Fill copper mug with ice.
  • In a shaker, add vodka, Midori, lime juice, pineapple juice, and bitters. Shake gently for 10 seconds.
  • Strain into mug over ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

Midori gives this mule a bright color and a sweet melon twist. Use spicy ginger beer for more kick. Don’t shake the ginger beer—add it last to keep the fizz.
