  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Bar spoon
  • Rocks glass or coupe glass
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Midori liqueur
  • 3 oz apple cider fresh pressed if possible
  • 0.5 oz lime juice fresh
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice fresh
  • Ice cubes for shaking
  • Apple slice or lime wheel garnish

Instructions

  • Chill your glass by adding ice or placing in the freezer.
  • Fill shaker with ice. Add Midori, apple cider, lime juice, and lemon juice.
  • Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with apple slice or lime wheel.

Notes

Use dry cider for a lighter drink, or sweet cider for a richer version. Adjust lime/lemon juice to taste based on cider sweetness. Fresh juice makes a noticeable difference.
