  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Mixing spoon
  • Strainer
  • Tall or hurricane glass
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice scoop
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz spiced rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice fresh
  • 0.5 oz blue curaçao
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup optional, to taste
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • lime wheels for garnish
  • maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add spiced rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, blue curaçao, and simple syrup.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until the shaker is very cold.
  • Strain into a tall or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding or omitting simple syrup. For a lighter highball, reduce rum and add a splash of soda water. Fresh lime juice keeps the drink bright and balanced.
