  • Jigger or measuring shot glass
  • Mixing spoon
  • Strainer
  • Tall glass (highball or hurricane)
  • Ice cubes
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz orange juice
  • 0.25 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup optional, to taste
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • pineapple slice or lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and optional simple syrup.
  • Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice or lime wheel. For a layered look, pour the cranberry juice last over the back of a spoon.

Notes

Juice sweetness varies—adjust lime or simple syrup to taste. Swap in a splash of guava juice for a fruitier twist, or top with soda water to lighten.
