Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 ripe peach sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz vodka optional
  • 1 cup brewed green tea cooled (cold brew recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • ice cubes
  • peach slice or lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Whisk matcha powder with 2 tablespoons hot water in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Muddle the peach slices in a cocktail shaker to release juices.
  • Add lemon juice, honey or syrup, coconut milk, vodka (if using), and cooled green tea to the shaker.
  • Pour in the whisked matcha.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15–20 seconds, until cold and creamy.
  • Strain into a tall glass packed with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a peach slice or lemon wedge and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Cold-brewed green tea makes this cocktail smoother and less bitter. Shake very well to blend the coconut milk. Fine-strain for a silky texture. Vodka is optional—skip for a non-alcoholic refresher. Adjust honey or syrup to your taste, and try agave if you want a different sweetness. Fresh lemon juice is always best for brightness!
