Notes

Always use high-quality matcha for bright flavor and color. Never use boiling water with matcha. Adjust ginger beer and sweetener to taste—a spicier ginger beer brings more kick, or use ginger ale for a milder drink. For a boozy version, add a splash of vodka or gin. This cocktail is lively, earthy, and refreshing—perfect as a NA or spirited sipper!
