Equipment

  • Large pitcher or punch bowl
  • Long mixing spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or shot glass
  • Glasses for serving
  • Ice bucket or tray
  • Small strainer
  • Ladle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup vodka or gin
  • 1 cup sparkling wine chilled
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • ice cubes
  • pomegranate arils for garnish
  • fresh lime slices for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your pitcher or punch bowl with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the pomegranate juice, maple syrup, vodka or gin, and lime juice.
  • Stir everything together until well mixed.
  • Add the sparkling wine and club soda right before serving, so the bubbles stay lively.
  • Give it a gentle stir.
  • Pour or ladle the punch into glasses filled with ice.
  • Top each glass with pomegranate arils, fresh lime slices, and mint leaves if using.
  • Serve cold and enjoy fresh!

Notes

Swap in gin for vodka for a herbal twist. For non-alcoholic, skip the spirits and use more sparkling wine or club soda. Adjust maple syrup for sweetness. Prep ahead by mixing without sparkling wine/club soda; add bubbles right before serving for freshness.
