Add almond milk, frozen banana, soaked pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
Taste and add more maple syrup if desired.
For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again.
