This Maple Pecan Mocktail combines sweet maple syrup, nutty pecan syrup, apple cider, and a hint of vanilla for a cozy, alcohol-free autumn drink. Toasted pecans and orange peel garnish add a festive touch. Perfect for sipping by the fire or sharing with friends.
Add apple cider, pecan syrup (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the shaker.
Add two dashes of aromatic bitters.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice, then shake gently.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Twist orange peel over the drink to release oils, then drop in.
Skewer a toasted pecan on a cocktail pick and rest it on top. Add a cinnamon stick if desired.
