  • Rocks glass
  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic bourbon
  • 1 oz pure maple syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 1 cocktail cherry for garnish
  • Orange peel for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker until about halfway full.
  • Pour in non-alcoholic bourbon, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Add the orange bitters and aromatic bitters.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds.
  • Place fresh ice cubes in a rocks glass.
  • Strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a twist of orange peel.

Notes

Adjust maple syrup for sweetness. For more citrus, add extra orange bitters or lemon juice. Use pure maple syrup and fresh lemon for best results. Try one big ice cube for slow sipping.
