pineapple wedges or mango slicesfor garnish

Instructions
Add white rum, mango juice (or blended mango), pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, avoiding over-blending so it stays thick.
Pour into a tall or hurricane glass, leaving a little room at the top.
Slowly pour grenadine down a bar spoon so it sinks and creates a sunrise layer.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or mango slice and an optional cherry. Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
Use ripe mango for stronger flavor. Reduce grenadine for less sweetness, or add a splash more pineapple juice to brighten. For a mocktail, skip rum and increase mango or pineapple juice.
