For one serving:
- 1/2 ripe mango cubed
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 oz 30 ml simple syrup
- 4 oz 120 ml sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Mango slice and mint sprig for garnish
Use a ripe, soft mango for the best flavor. If mangoes aren't in season, frozen mango chunks work too. Just thaw them first.
