Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango (or mango nectar) cubed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or agave nectar
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • ice cubes
  • lime wheels for garnish
  • pomegranate seeds optional, for color

Instructions

  • Blend mango, lime juice, simple syrup, and a splash of water until smooth.
  • Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of each glass to release aroma.
  • Fill glasses with ice and divide mango puree between them.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh mint, lime wheels, and pomegranate seeds for a festive look.

Notes

For extra chill, freeze mango cubes ahead. Use agave nectar for floral sweetness, or add a splash of orange juice for depth. Serve immediately for maximum fizz and freshness.
