I make this refreshing drink using real mango, ginger syrup, and sparkling water. Everything comes together quickly with just a handful of kitchen tools and simple mixing steps.
Cocktail shaker: Helps me mix the mango juice, ginger syrup, and lime juice evenly.
Fine mesh strainer: I use this to strain out any pulp or ginger bits for a smooth drink.
Measuring jigger: Accurate measurements keep the flavors balanced.
Mixing glass: Useful if I decide to stir instead of shake the ingredients.
Long bar spoon: Perfect for stirring in the sparkling water gently.
Tall glass (Collins or highball): This keeps the bubbles and color on display.
Ice cubes: Essential for chilling the drink without watering it down too much.
Citrus juicer (optional): Makes juicing the lime easier and faster.

2ozmango puree or juicefresh is best, but store-bought works too
1ozginger syruphomemade or from the store

Mango or lime slicesand fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
Fill the cocktail shaker with plenty of ice cubes.
Add the mango puree or juice, ginger syrup, and fresh lime juice to the shaker.

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Slowly pour in the sparkling water and stir gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with lime or mango slices and a sprig of mint before serving.
Notes
I adjust the amount of ginger syrup if I want more or less spice. If my mango isn’t sweet, a small spoonful of sugar or simple syrup helps. For a non-alcoholic version, I skip any spirits and stick with sparkling water. The drink works well with flavored sparkling water if I want a twist.I keep all ingredients chilled before mixing, so the Sparkler stays cold and bubbly. I avoid shaking the sparkling water to keep the drink fizzy.I prefer using ripe, fresh mangoes for the best flavor. But canned puree can save time when mangoes aren’t in season.
