This refreshing drink combines sweet mango with spicy ginger for a perfect summer beverage. The natural sweetness and cooling effect make it great for warm days or any time you want a tropical drink without alcohol.
Add mangoes, ginger, honey, coconut water, and lime juice to the blender.
Blend until smooth and strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher.
Fill glasses with ice cubes. Then, pour the mango mixture until glasses are 3/4 full.
Top each glass with club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint sprigs before serving.

Store extra mango mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days.For a sweeter drink, add more honey to taste.Replace coconut water with regular water if needed.Fresh mangoes work best, but frozen mango chunks can work too. Just make sure to thaw them first.If the drink is too thick, add more coconut water or club soda.
