  • Cocktail glass (stemmed or any)
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Straw or spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries hulled
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, lime juice, Malibu rum, and ice to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add simple syrup if needed, then blend again.
  • Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a strawberry or lime wheel. Serve immediately while icy.

Notes

Use ripe berries for the best flavor; add more syrup for tart fruit. Swap in frozen berries for a thicker drink. Blend in raspberries or pineapple for a twist. Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy while icy!
