Ingredients

  • 2 oz Malibu Rum coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice fresh
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice optional
  • 0.5 oz sugar syrup
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • cranberry juice splash, optional
  • club soda to top
  • crushed ice
  • lime wheel garnish
  • orange slice garnish
  • maraschino cherry garnish

Instructions

  • Fill highball glass with crushed ice.
  • Add Malibu rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and lemon juice.
  • Mix in sugar syrup and grenadine.
  • Swizzle or stir with a bar spoon until well blended.
  • Add a splash of cranberry juice if desired.
  • Top with club soda and gently stir to keep bubbles.
  • Garnish with lime wheel, orange slice, or cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Fresh citrus makes the drink pop. Add more syrup for sweetness, more club soda for a lighter sip. Great for batching—just add soda before serving. Crushed ice keeps it extra cold and mixes quickly!
