  • Measuring jigger
  • Mixing spoon
  • Large pitcher
  • Strainer
  • Tall glass (highball or hurricane)
  • Ice

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 2 oz passion fruit juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • splash of grenadine
  • 2 oz ginger ale for topping/fizz
  • ice cubes
  • orange slice or pineapple wedge garnish
  • maraschino cherry optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add Malibu coconut rum, passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice.
  • Shake gently for 10–15 seconds to blend.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Add a splash of grenadine for color.
  • Top with ginger ale for fizz.
  • Garnish with an orange slice, pineapple wedge, or cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust juice ratios for more sweetness or tartness. Make a party punch by multiplying everything into a pitcher and adding plenty of ice and fruit slices. Use frozen pineapple instead of ice for a fun, chilled twist. For a less sweet version, add extra cranberry juice; for lighter, use more ginger ale.
