Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sugar or 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Club soda to top

Instructions

  • Place mint leaves and lime wedges in the glass.
  • Add sugar or simple syrup.
  • Muddle gently to release mint oils and lime juice.
  • Pour in Malibu coconut rum.
  • Fill glass with ice cubes.
  • Top with club soda.
