  • Blender
  • Hurricane glass or tall glass
  • Jigger or small measuring cup
  • Bar spoon
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Shaker (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum Malibu Coco
  • 1 oz cream of coconut or coconut cream
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice canned works if you can’t find fresh
  • 1 cup ice cubes or frozen pineapple chunks for thicker texture
  • 0.5 oz lime juice optional, for brightness
  • pineapple wedges for garnish
  • maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add Malibu Coconut Rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice (if using) to a blender.
  • Add ice cubes or frozen pineapple chunks.
  • Blend on high until smooth and thick.
  • Pour into a hurricane or tall glass.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Cream of coconut gives the drink a rich, classic piña colada texture. Use frozen pineapple for a thicker blend or less cream of coconut for a lighter version. Add more rum if you prefer a stronger drink. Always serve well chilled and garnish for the best tropical vibe.
